Asian Inspired Vegan Bowl

  1. 1/4 cup of peanuts
  2. 1 small Sunchoke
  3. 2 stalks of celery
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 2 stalks of Green Onion
  6. 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  7. 1 package of @housefoodsamerica Terriyaki Tofu
  8. 2 tablespoons of Szechuan Sauce
  9. 2 cups of cold water and a tablespoon of ponzu in a mixing bowl
  10. 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, optional


  1. Dice up tofu and put in pan to fry with sesame oil, peanuts and green onions
  2. Using a mandolin, on #2 grade slice up sunchoke, celery and carrots into the mixing bowl of water and ponzu
  3. Let sit in fridge while you continue
  4. Darken tofu and peanuts, then add Szechuan sauce and all sliced vegetables while reserving water and ponzu mixture
  5. In the water ponzu mixture, add cornstarch and mix well
  6. Once the vegetables have cooked down and browned up, add in the water ponzu cornstarch mixture and stir well
  7. It may look watery, cook uncovered until it starts to make thicker bubbles
  8. Once the bubbles are thicker, turn off heat, and serve
  9. Enjoi
